We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your product. If it does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund.

How to request a return

  1. Write to supportfloovi@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for the return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the product in its original packaging where possible and ship it following the instructions you receive.
  4. Once we receive and check the product, we will issue your refund within 14 working days.

Acceptance conditions

  • The product must be returned unused, or with reasonable use for testing only.
  • The original packaging should be intact where possible.
  • Returns are not accepted for products damaged by negligence or improper use.

Legal right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason and at no cost, except for return shipping.

Refunds
