Orders and payments

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of technical error, product availability issues or irregularities.

Shipping

We ship across the European Union with estimated delivery times of 4-8 working days depending on the destination country. Times may vary based on the carrier, customs handling and events beyond our control. Shipping is free on orders that meet the conditions of the promotions currently active.

Right of withdrawal
